Here's how it works!

  • 1. Send a request

    Fill out the contact form through the main menu or down below! Leave some information about yourself and your band program.

  • 2. Schedule a meeting

    After you fill out the contact form, We shall reach out to schedule a meeting at a time that works for you. During our conversation, we’ll dive into the vision for your show, the specific music you’d like arranged, and important details about your ensemble. This includes factors like instrumentation, the skill level of your musicians, and any unique aspects or challenges we should consider to ensure the arrangement perfectly fits your needs.

  • 3. Show process begins

    Once we’ve had the opportunity to review pricing, finalize the contract, and secure all required licenses, I will begin crafting your custom marching production.

  • 4. Finished & delivered product

    Your custom marching production will be delivered to you via email through a Google Drive folder link. Inside, you’ll find everything you need: full scores, individual parts, audio files, and XML files for any edits you may wish to make.
